Delivery and Digital Fulfillment Policy
1. Nature of Services
AccLinked is a fully
digital platform. All services and products offered are digital products
delivered electronically, including: Membership plans and subscriptions.
Training courses and educational content. Cloud accounting software. Electronic
certificates. Employment and professional networking services.
2. Membership Plan Delivery
Membership plans
(Bronze, Silver, or Gold) are activated immediately upon completing
registration and payment (for paid plans). Users receive an email confirmation
with plan details and access credentials. In rare cases, activation may take up
to one hour due to payment processing.
3. Training Course Delivery
Training courses are
available for viewing immediately after purchase or registration through the
user's account. A course access link is sent via email and appears in the
user's dashboard. For live courses, an attendance link is sent 24 hours before
the session. Recordings of live sessions are available within 48 hours of the
session's conclusion.
4. Certificate Delivery
Course completion
certificates are automatically issued as downloadable PDFs upon completing all
course requirements. Event attendance certificates are issued within 5 business
days of the event's conclusion. Any certificate can be verified via the attached
QR code or unique verification number.
5. Cloud Accounting Software Access
Access to cloud
accounting software is activated immediately upon activation of the qualifying
membership plan. Login credentials and instructions are sent via email. The
software is accessible 24/7 via web browser or mobile application.
6. Geographic Coverage
AccLinked's digital
services are available worldwide without geographic restrictions. We provide
regionally specialized content primarily covering: United Arab Emirates.
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. GCC countries. All Arab countries. South Asian markets
(India, Pakistan).
7. Access Requirements
To access Platform
services, users need: A stable internet connection. A modern web browser
(Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) or the mobile application. A computer,
smartphone, or tablet device. A valid email address.
8. Delivery Issues and Technical Support
If you do not receive
an activation confirmation or encounter any issues accessing services: Check
your spam/junk email folder. Contact technical support at:
support@acclinked.ae. Response times vary by membership plan: Bronze (48
hours), Silver (12 hours), Gold (2 hours).
9. No Physical Shipping
Please note that
AccLinked does not offer any physical products requiring shipping or postal
delivery. All products and services are fully digital and delivered
electronically.
