Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

AccLinked is committed
to providing a satisfactory experience for all Users. This policy outlines the
terms and procedures for refunds and subscription cancellations.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscriptions
(Silver and Gold) come with a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of
first subscription. This guarantee applies to both monthly and annual
subscriptions. To avail this guarantee, a refund request must be submitted
within 30 days of the first payment.

3. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions
may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date. No refunds are
provided for the current month after the guarantee period has expired. Users
retain access to their plan features until the end of the current billing
period.

4. Annual Subscription Refunds

If an annual
subscription is cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period, a prorated refund
is calculated based on the remaining months. The months used are deducted at
the full monthly rate (not the discounted annual rate). Example: If a user
subscribes to the Gold annual plan (AED 2,499) and cancels after 4 months, 4 x
AED 249 = AED 996 is deducted, and the remaining AED 1,503 is refunded.

5. Paid Course Refunds

Users are entitled to a
full refund within 7 days of purchasing a course, provided no more than 20% of
the total course content has been viewed. No refunds are provided after 7 days
or after more than 20% of the course content has been viewed. Free courses or
courses included in the subscription plan are not subject to this refund
policy.

6. Professional Certification Preparation Course Refunds

Professional
certification preparation courses (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIA, SOCPA) are subject to a
special refund policy. A full refund is available if requested within 14 days
of registration and before attending any live session. After attending any live
session or after 14 days, no refund is available.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not
provided in the following cases: Accounts suspended or closed due to violation
of Terms and Conditions. Promotional or discounted subscriptions exceeding 50%
discount. Professional certification exam fees paid through the Platform to
third-party organizations. AI resume review services after the review has been
completed. Career coaching services after the session has been conducted.

8. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund,
please send an email to refunds@acclinked.ae with your username, subscription
number, and reason for the refund request. All refund requests are reviewed
within 5 business days. Upon approval, the refund is processed within 10-14 business
days to the original payment method.

9. Free Trial Period

The Platform offers a
14-day free trial for Silver and Gold memberships. No charges are applied
during the trial period. Users are notified 3 days before the trial expires and
automatic billing begins. The subscription may be cancelled at any time during
the trial period without any charges.
